This is the first new model as Peavey was transitioning away from the T-series. It features the hot, great sounding Super Ferrite humbucking pickups.

The unique Peavey circuitry offers a huge variety of great sounds. The guitar is good shape for a 36 year old guitar.

Some good, honest play wear but not bad. Some scuffs, scratches and an occasional tiny nick on body. Some play scratches on front, treble side of body (below strings). A few more scratches as well as some very small black spots on sides of body.

Don't see any obvious cracks or repairs on body. Plenty of meat left on frets.

Some subtle play marks and light finish wear on fretboard. Looks like the previous owner filed a tiny downward angle at the very end of the fretboard after the last fret (please see last photo). Have no idea why it was done and doesn't effect playability.

It's hard enough to notice that I didn't catch it until a helpful viewer brought it to my attention. Some tiny, shallow guitar stand/play marks and a few very small finish chips on back of neck.

Headstock has some very light scuffs and scratches. Pointed top edge of headstock is scuffed with some finish chipped away. Tone knobs fade from humbucker to single coil before bleeding off the treble.

As stated before, the pickups sound great. Volume pot is a bit spotty and scratchy when adjusted. Use and/or a shot of electronics cleaner should help. Might be some slight scratchiness in the other pots, switch and/or jack from storage (or not).

Humbucker tops have play wear. Neck humbucker ring has a crack in it.

Nut is approximately 1.709 wide (about 44mm). Guitar weighs (as shown in photos) 7 pounds, 1.4 ounces. An outstanding 36 year old, quality USA made, fairly rare, honest warhorse that is truly undervalued in today's market. Vintage, USA made Peaveys are some of the most durable electric guitars ever made. Includes original Peavey hard case shown in first photo.

Case has scuffs and scratches on the outsides with a good interior. Have some extra photos that are available upon request. This item is also for sale on another site.
