The exterior has just undergone a 15k restoration. The motorhome was completely stripped, painted, and polished.A brand new Zip Dee awning has been installed. All drawers and exterior compartments are in good condition.
There are some minor dents in the coach which are all shown in the photos (upper rear, passenger front corner). All of the upholstery is new as of 2018 (includes captains chairs, swivel lounge chairs, couch, and beds). It was very professionally done out of very quality materials. The floor was replaced with a quality engineered hardwood in 2018 as well. All of the dash is in great condition for its age.
The plastic molded overhead cabinets have cracks/chips in isolated places. All tambour doors are operating correctly and are in excellent condition. He generator runs great and will hold a load. It has just been serviced which included oil/filter change and spark plug.
Ice maker, microwave, blender, stove, furnace, and water heater are all in working condition. All interior and exterior lights are in proper working order. The lp and water systems are leak free and fully operational. A new custom lp gauge was made for the lp tank.The black and grey tank valves are new. Both coach batteries are brand new (7/19). The original roof vent in the bedroom has a new cover. The coach runs and drives great and has been recently driven. The coach had new tires installed in 2016 and they are in great condition.
The cranking battery is brand new (7/19). The chassis has just undergone a thorough inspection. This month we have installed a radiator, changed engine oil, checked/adjusted bearings, and replaced some exterior running lights. The carburetor was overhauled in 2016. The transmission was replaced in 1996 and the motor has been replaced as well. The spark plugs and wires were replaced in 2013. The tank was dropped and cleaned, and a new fuel pump and fuel gauge were installed in 2016. The brakes are in good condition and have over 60% of life remaining on the pads. The coach runs at 70mph with no shaking. It does not have overheating issues. The coolant reservoir has been replaced. The horn has been repaired and is working properly.The windshield wipers are brand new. The passenger windshield has a fingernail size chip in it that has been repaired. The driver windshield has a 3/4in chip in it that has been repaired. The HWH jacks are in operating condition and underwent repairs in 2018.
