Antique Vintage Rare South African Goldware Sterling Silver Christening Mug Cup
Welcome to William Sharpe Antiques. Here today for your consideration we have this superb vintage sterling silver christening mug, made by South African Goldware of Johannesburg, c-1950's.
This beautiful piece is of plain tapering form with a fabulously cast squirrel handle, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The mug features a well executed monogram to one face, with the hallmarks about 90%.A very attractive piece of South-African silver for the collection. The mug stands 6.5cm tall and has a diameter of 7.5cm at the rim.
