31, but please know that this belt is not adjustable, but it can also be worn as a necklace. The glass rhinestones are pink and green and are all faceted and prong set.It is in very nice condition! All the stones are original and intact, but I have noticed that there are some small chips in some of the stones but really can't see them unless you look at them with a loupe.
