THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL KABAR VERY LARGE AX-7 PATTERN THAT HAS NEVER BEEN USED, RESHARPENED OR CARRIED AND COMES WITH THE BOX. THE KNIFE MEASURES 5-1/8" IN THE CLOSED POSITION AND 9-1/2" OPEN.

THE BLADE TANG IS STAMPED KA-BAR AX-7 ON ONE SIDE AND KA-BAR ON THE OTHER AXE BLADE. THE BLADES HAVE HARD LOCKING 1/2 STOPS AND BOTH SNAP LIKE A TURTLE BOTH OPENING AND CLOSING WITH NO WIGGLE, ALL TIGHT AND RIGHT.

THE HANDLES ARE GORGEOUS MATCHING SMOOTH BONE WITH TWO TONED MIXED GREEN COLORS (SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL)! THEY HAVE 5 BRASS PINS, BRASS LINERS AND A NICKEL SILVER SHIELD WITH UNION ON IT. IN IT (THATS HOW THE STORY OF KA-BAR GETTING ITS NAME BACK IN 1923 FROM UNION CUT CO).

IT ALSO HAS FRONT AND REAR BEAUTIFUL NICKEL SILVER BOLSTERS, (THERE WAS NO EXPENSE SPARED MAKING A KNIFE LIKE THIS ONE, BIG AND HIGH QUALITY). IT COMES WITH THE KABAR BOX.
