Rare 18k Gold Patek Philippe & Cie Genève Art Deco Dress Watch. Absolutely rare Patek Philippe Art Deco dress watch from the period around 1938 in very beautiful and functional state of preservation. Nearly Mint Smooth Special Case in 18kt gold with corresponding hallmark, and the brand Patek Philippe Geneve. Very rare version with hinge, otherwise these dress watches are with "snap back", case number 506466.
The case is beautifully preserved and shows only minimal traces of wear. The glass is beautifully preserved. Silver-plated metal dial with applied gold numerals. Signed "Patek Philippe & Cie Genève".
Dial and hands are in mint condition. Mint, flat Patek Precisions movement in the finest quality. Rhodium-plated, guilloche, Geneva quality seal, 18 jewels, asymmetrical lever escapement, crown winding, mirror-polished screws, bevelled and ground steel parts.Movement with signature Patek Philippe Genève. Adjusted in 5 layers and three temperatures.
The clean movement runs flawlessly. Overall, the watch is in a very beautiful almost mint condition. Sehr gut / very good.
