RARE Antique Vintage Giovanni Ronzan Hand Painted Porcelain Table Lamp Turin

This is a very rare Ronzan piece. Based on some research I did, I would say it was made late 1930s by Giovanni Ronzan. I haven't found anything like it, with hours of time looking.
