RARE Antique Vintage Handsewn Black Lace 3-Layer Midi Skirt Size Small. Not sure of exact age. Prominent Edwardian style lace waistband.

Three layers are ivory colored organza lining, netting and black lace shell. Some holes throughout but nothing major. Waist has hook and eye closure with two adjustments. Side snaps on lace layer, netting layer and organza lining.
