RARE Antique VTG 1900s Edwardian Arts & Crafts Wool Coat Velvet Braided Accents

I believe this a felt wool fabric. Bright green, yellow and black velvet trims at neck and bottoms of sleeves. Coat has a bit of a kimono style cut, wide sleeves. Braided "baubles" with tassels at chest and bottom sides. Lined, not sure if it's silk but it is quite sturdy;no shattering like you would see in a lot of silk this age.

Sturdy metal hooks and eye closures at chest;no other closures. Large velvet bow with metal detail. Small interior pocket on coat lining right side, with the cutest little bows on either side of pocket opening. (taken flat and are approximate).

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam - undefined. Bust - up to 48.

Waist - up to 60. Shoulder to hem - 50.5. It's difficult to assign a size to this item but I do believe it's supposed to fit on the loose/oversized side as it was meant to be worn over large dresses and petticoats. It is very heavy and quite bulky. Please refer to the measurements to determine if this a a good fit.

In amazing condition for it's age and is very sturdy and very wearable. Inside lining of coat is torn at the seams of right armpit. This is completely on the interior of coat could probably be mended. The yellow velvet trim at neck shows some very light wear. This is a truly amazing piece with so many gorgeous details.
