The black cross-hair dial is truly amazing, rare and original. As can be seen in the high resolution photos, it has formed natural beautiful patina over the years, and in my opinion looks stunning.

Similarly, the gold capped case is remarkably in great original condition and measures 34mm in diameter excluding the Omega signed crown. The case back bears the Seahorse logo. Inside the case back is the case reference 2846 11 SC - 2848 The rare calibre 501 automatic movement is clean and working fine. The crystal is also genuine Omega and has the tiny Omega logo etching in the centre. Watch comes with a more modern original Omega leather strap and buckle.

A truly remarkable watch that would make lovely addition to any collection. Please note, this watch has been stored away for many years in a safe, so although working, it hasn't been checked for timekeeping. As with all vintage watches, I would recommend a service.
