Rare - difficult to find configuration. The blades look to be made out of brass. No corrosion noted (though obvious paint loss and patina). The only marks I could find say. But there is a groove in the crank wheel that indicates that it is capable of being belt-driven.
The crank turns easily and there are no signs of mechanical defects. Everything is solid and stable. 22 long (tip of lever to end of crank handle).
