VINTAGE RARE LOT OF 3 ANTIQUE 19th c MCM DEHUA STANDING GUANYIN FIGURINES, Lovely pieces. These goddesses of Mercy are depicted with long sweeping robes, wearing bead strands of jewelry as one holds a ruyi scepter the smaller versions a flower. The faces are displaying a serene expression with hair arranged in a topknot. The tallest/oldest exquisite piece is incredibly detailed especially on the organic base, showing absolutely beautiful technique. All three have hand issues, the tallest is missing 2-fingertips, the medium-sized is missing 1-fingertip, & the smallest missing the separated-hand & apparently neck was repaired many years ago.
These are truly fine pieces, very delicate, makes a wonderful display for'authentic' MCM homes. Do not miss out on this remarkable trio, these antiques will look amazing on a bookshelf or fireplace.
